Program Registration Form

If you are completing a Drop In registration, no more information is needed. You can contact us up to 5 days in advance to be added to a class. Please scroll to the bottom of the form and press Submit.

If you are completing a Monthly registration, which includes a 20% discount, continue filling out the form below.

Programs are available throughout the week. Please let us know all days/times that work for you.

We will find and recommend the best options based on the information you provide, then let you choose your schedule based on those options.

The more options you provide, the easier it will be to place you into a class. Once registered for the monthly session, you will be automatically renewed on that same schedule for the next month unless you inform us that a change is needed.
