Adult Programs
If you are new to our program, the first step is to schedule a Free Evaluation.
Programs are available for adults of all skill levels. We recognize that there are many different goals amongst adults, so please read on to see if the programs we offer are a good fit for you.
New Players
If you are new to tennis, learning and developing basic skills is not something you can overlook. These are skills that ensure your game is able to develop over time and also helps you avoid technique related injuries. Having a solid foundation of skills also allows you to fully enjoy the sport, since it is unlikely you will continue playing if you do not see any progress. For these reasons, we strongly recommend a handful of Orientation Lessons to anyone with little or no experience prior to joining a group session.
Players with Experience
We are aware that most players who are already able to play are mostly interested in competing and getting a workout, not building skills. This is fine, but we do still stress to all students that basic skills are not something that can be ignored. For players with experience, not fully understanding those basic skills puts you at a disadvantage when it comes to being able to compete against better players, since better players challenge you in ways that lower level players can't, and more advanced skills/tactics are required to compete at that level.
The group classes for players with experience will primarily focus on highly active "match play" scenarios. Physical fitness will be tested while engaging the players in common match situations that arise. Having the skill set to handle these situations is only part of the solution, you must also be comfortable competing in these situations, and that is what we focus on in the classes.
