Registration & Make-Up Classes​

We offer 2 options for program registration, Drop-In Registration (no committment, single class registration) and Monthly Registration (discounted package).

Please review both options to make sure that you understand the different pricing and make up policies as well as the benefits and expectations you are agreeing to when making your selection.

Drop-In Registration (no commitment to a package or session of classes)

• Registration for drop-in classes is open 5 days prior to the class. A spot in the class must be confirmed as being available prior to registration. Unannounced drop-ins are not possible. 

​

• The class is charged at the base rate (no discounts available) once you receive confirmation that a spot is available.

Make-Up Policies

• Drop-In classes that are canceled due to rain will have the funds credited back to your account for future use. A make up class is not needed.

​​

• Classes that are registered for and not attended can only be made up on Saturday.

​​

• You must notify us ahead of time to reserve your spot in the make up class.

​​

• Make up classes for Drop-In Registration have an expiration of 1 month from the month of the missed class (ex; classes missed at any point in September must be made up by the end of October).

​​

• If the class that is missed is a private class, the make up class opportunity can only be offered as part of a group. As a courtesy, if the student is not yet ready for groups, the expiration date will be extended until it is possible for the student to effectively participate in group classes.​

Registering for the full month session

•  A 20% discount off regular pricing is available when prepaying for the full month session.

Make-Up Policies

​​

•  If you know that you will be missing an upcoming class, we can reschedule that class to a different day ahead of time (you do not need to wait until after the class is missed to reschedule it). This class can be rescheduled to any day of the week.

​

• If your class is canceled by rain, you are able to reschedule that class to any day of the week that has an appropriate make up class available.

​​

• All missed classes that are not rescheduled in advance can be recovered on Friday and the weekend (assuming space is available). You are also allowed to "double up" (stay longer or start earlier) on your regularly scheduled class day to catch up on the missed class. You must notify us ahead of time to reserve your spot in the make-up class.

• For anyone registering for 4 or more classes a week, classes canceled due to rain will be credited back to your account for future use. A make up class is not needed for rained out classes unless you request one. Classes that are not attended for any other reason must be made up.

​​

• Make up classes are transferable within the family account (other family members can use the make up class). The family member will be placed into an age and skill level appropriate group for them.

​​

• Make up classes have an expiration of 3 months from the month of the missed class (ex; classes missed in September must be made up by the end of December)

​​

• If you have pending make up classes but are not registered for the current month, those make up classes can only be completed on Saturday.

​

• If the class that is missed is a private class, the make up class opportunity can only be offered as part of a group. As a courtesy, if the student is not yet ready for groups, the expiration date will be extended until it is possible for the student to effectively participate in group classes.

• Paid fees associated with a pending make up class will be applied at the CURRENT class rate. If a player is not currently registered in the program, the already paid fee will be applied to the base rate of the class you choose to attend. If a player is currently enrolled, the already paid fee will be applied at the same discounted rate as their regular classes. Any difference in fees would be charged to the account at the time of registration.

 Exceptions to monthly registration

• Classes that are scheduled during extended breaks from school (such as summer and winter breaks) follow the same rules as above, but the discounted rate is applied to weekly registration instead of monthly since your availability may be sporadic during those times.

​​

• Since we have limited make up options for adult classes and introductory classes, any of these types of classes that are canceled due to rain will be credited back to your account for future use. If your registration in that canceled class comes from a make up class, that class will be treated as the original missed class and be eligible for a later make up class under existing policies. ​
