REGISTRATION
All sessions for children and adults are to be paid in advance. This guarantees that a class will go on as scheduled regardless of the number of people in attendance.
Players MAY NOT use make-up classes to register for an upcoming session.
RAIN POLICY
Classes canceled due to rain within the first 30 minutes of the class will be credited in full to the player. Otherwise, classes will be considered complete.
Classes that are canceled due to rain DO NOT need to be made up. However, if you would like to play on another day during the week when it is not raining, simply fill out a missed class form and we will try and place you into a group.
MISSED CLASSES
Classes missed for any reason (sickness, travel, other engagements, forgetfulness, etc) may be made up at any point in the future with a group of similar skill level and where space is available. In order to request a time for a make up class, please click here.
Classes missed due to a cancellation by Barbosa Tennis DO NOT need to be made up. The class will be credited to the player for a future session.

A make up class that is missed without notification WILL NOT be made up at a later time. This does not count make up classes that are canceled by Barbosa Tennis due to rain or other reasons.
